Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Currently, we ship within Germany only, but we're planning to expand to more EU countries in summer 2025.

How much is shipping?
All orders over €100 qualify for free shipping.
For all orders below €100, a flat shipping fee of €9.99 applies.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.
Some items are made-to-order. These will note their extended processing time directly on the product page.
Delivery generally takes 2-7 business days after shipment.
Can I track my order?
Of course! As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey.
Returns & Exchanges
We are proud to offer high-quality products with very few returns or exchanges. However, if you do need to return an item, no worries – returns are easy and free.
How do I return an order?
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in unused condition, with all original labels and packaging intact.
- Email hello@obooro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at the specified carrier.
What happens after I return an order?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Can I exchange an order?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return your original purchase following the steps above and place a new order for the replacement.
Warranty
At Obooro, every product comes with a 2-year warranty, underlining our confidence in their superior quality and durability. We stand firmly behind our offerings, but we also recognize that, on rare occasions, manufacturing defects might occur.
In such cases, we’ll repair or replace the item – or issue a full refund if neither is possible. Please note the warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@obooro.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue – and if possible – include pictures.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, we’re here to help. Email hello@obooro.com with your order number and photos of any damage, or let us know if the package is missing. We aim to reply within 24 hours on business days and will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Cancellations & Order Changes
To cancel or modify an order, email us at hello@obooro.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order is on its way, you can still return it for a refund (see Returns & Exchanges above).
